Forest Enrichment
Our Forest Enrichment Program is designed for children ages 3 to 6 years old. Located in the Presidio.
We believe in child-directed, immersive, play and the rich socio-emotional growth that occurs in a space where children are seen as capable and competent and encouraged to collaborate, problem solve, and ask questions with peers. Drawing from Forest Kindergarten philosophy and Reggio Emilia approach, Parks Plus Creation has created an engaging outdoor classroom environment for children to learn and develop through self-directed, play-based experiences, in all weather, outside.
Our Forest Enrichment Program is led by our dedicated Parks Plus Creation teachers. Classes of no more than 12 children, are mixed ages 3 to 6 years old with two to three teachers. During the class the children will play, explore and learn about nature, gather together to sing, read stories, discuss safety rules and the plan for the day, and get to know one another, there's time to use open-ended materials and tools, play games, climb, dig and get dirty!
Children must be 3 years old and bathroom independent/”potty trained” before the start of the session.
Classes are 2.5 hours long in the afternoons, Tuesdays and/or Thursdays. Enrollment is accepted per session; September-Dec, Jan-March and March-May.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least sixty (60) days prior to the start of the Session are subject to receive refund minus twenty-five (25) dollar cancellation fee. Cancellations made at thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Session are eligible to receive a refund minus one-hundred-fifty (150) dollar cancellation fee, or a credit for the full paid amount can be held on the user's account. If there is a cancellation, for any reason, less than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the Session no refunds, credits or transferable credits shall be offered.
If Parks Plus Creation LLC cancels your child’s enrollment for any reason, you will receive a one-hundred percent (100%) refund for the remainder of classes in the Session for which you have paid.
